If you are interested in additional information about the Bereavement Healing Ministry Group please complete this short questioner to let us know what is best for you. Or email

There is a "Notes" area that you may use for additional comments, thoughts and/or ideas. If you would like to be added to this email group please let us know. If you have someone you would like to invite, they do not have to be Catholic, share the information with them or let us know.

We will be using the “Seasons of Hope”. Author, M. Donna MacLeod, RN, MSN, is nationally recognized for her work in bereavement ministry. Inspired by the loss of her youngest child and the compassionate response of her parish in 1988, MacLeod began faith sharing groups for those who mourn. Her innovative work rooted in Catholic traditions evolved into the Seasons of Hope program.
