The Vigil begins with the Blessing of the Fire and Lighting of the Paschal Candle
		The flame of the Paschal Candle is shared throughout the church as the Exultet proclaims the Easter Joy of Christ's Resurrection. Through Scripture readings and sung responses, the marvelous story of God's relationship with humankind is told - from the Creation story of Genesis, to the Passover of Exodus, the prophesies of Isaiah and the Psalms, to New Testament Scriptures which revealed Jesus Christ as Savior in God's plan of redemption.
	The Litany of Saints recalls those who have gone before us and who are joined with us in prayer We ask the Holy Spirit to move upon the waters of the Baptismal Font

Family and friends gather around as Dana is baptized into Christ's Church
Following the Celebration of Confirmation, Dana, Amanda, Margo, and Martha receive the Sacrament of Holy Communion for the first time.
