The Ministry of Communication asks for people who like to deal with the press, can proofread the bulletins or newsletters, and can assist with the Parish website. Our church bulletin shares the news of the parish on a regular basis. The information of the parish is compiled and published with the help of the staff, parish members and our pastor . Good proofreaders are always appreciated. If proofreading is your gift, please let us know!

The cost of our bulletin is supported by yearly advertising fees. Please check the advertising in the bulletin and visit our sponsors.

If you have information to share in the bulletin or would like to add your business advertising, please contact the parish office.

If you have information about activities, meetings, gatherings, etc for the bulletin, drop it by the parish office or email to Joyce Arnold. Deadline for submitting information is the 15th of each month to be included in the following month's bulletin.

This ministry, in coordination with the Pastor, representatives from other parish ministries, and staff members, is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating the various content sections of our parish website. The goal is to make the site a valuable resource of information to our parish family and online visitors and to provide a visually appealing, user-friendly, informative and reliable up-to-date site. If you have skills for website maintenance, writing, proofreading, or photography we welcome your assistance. Parishioners are invited to submit photos or articles regarding parish events and activities along with news of various ministries, updates, or other information for consideration. �

Our Lady�s Messenger is a quarterly publication of the ever changing life of the church. It is mailed on the first Friday of March, June, September and December. It contains information about the Liturgical Seasons, Words from Our Pastor, upcoming events, items of interest, reports and photos on mission and youth trips, spotlights of our ministries, the financial report and information regarding the growth of the parish. All ministers are welcome to submit current information about their ministries.

Deadline for submission is the 15th of February, May, August and November. If you would like to have a question answered via the newsletter, share information, report on your ministry, or have an idea please contact the parish office. Proof readers are always needed. �

If you have the talent of writing and promoting, this ministry is the place for you to put your time and talents to work! This ministry helps whenever there is an event, big or small, that needs to be promoted to the general public. Ministers write news articles and feature stories and distribute them to the local media. This ministry also works with Home Town radio and G-mail as additional forms of communication. �
